Re: Interleaving Killing Pings (DLM Lockout Request)

I already have problems, my ping is 4 times what it should be and over double what it would be without interleaving.

The IP address 31.55.163.251 is a BT router, not Google.com

Re: Interleaving Killing Pings (DLM Lockout Request)

If you go to that IP you still get Google. I assume it's a BT proxy to cut down on traffic.

Re: Interleaving Killing Pings (DLM Lockout Request)

The ping time is only 5 ms because it's on the BT network

Re: Interleaving Killing Pings (DLM Lockout Request)

i guess most of their traffic goes throught shef down to london.

My traffic (from Winchester) goes via Sheffield to London, which doesn't help latency!  Addds about 8 or 9 ms.

Traffic to Sheffield goes via Sheffield to London then back to Sheffield.
