Re: Interleaving

Thank you for the quick response Keith however I have to disagree as its been off since last year when a BT engineer reset my line.

my latency has gone from 8ms to over 20 since Friday evening, checking line stats I can see interleaving has been enabled.

Re: Interleaving

Go to solution

You asked whether the moderators can do it, they cannot.

If you have a broadband fault, then Openreach can reset the line, once the fault is fixed.

Re: Interleaving

Go to solution

Interleaving cannot be turned off by anyone. DLM can be reset which may or may not result in interleaving being removed. Even if it is removed, DLM may decide it is necessary again at some point.

Re: Interleaving

DLM was reset, Interleaving was removed, latency has returned to normal and has been running perfectly for over a month.

Re: Interleaving

the DLM reset did not remove latency interleaved but the reset changed the latency to fast.  should your line have problems as seen by DLM then it can and will change latency back to interleaved
