Can anyone help me as we have been plagued with intermittent broadband now for 6-12 months ...
After much complaining to BT they eventually sent an engineer to look at the problem who replaced the box on the outside of the house which had degraded and the BT box on the inside aswell for a newer version. He reckoned that the bad weather had been playing its part earlier this year but said that we should should contact BT again if the problems persisted as the line might need replacing.
We continue to have intermittent broadband but when I test the speed of the line after the breaks we keep getting the download figures from BT Wholesale Performance Test are off the charts. They often indicate 450 / 400 / 350 Mbps when normall we would expect something around 60-70 Mbps.
BT promised to send another engineer who I saw across the road at a retail business but never actually contacted me and the situation has not improved. Any suggestions what might be causing these very high speed readings immediately after the broadband outage and if it can be fixed in anyway ?

can you post the stats from your router
when running btspeedtester try using IE/Edge as there have been reported problems similar to your using firefox and chrome

your last router stats look ok with speed near attainable and noise margin about normal 6db only change I would make is to split the wireless networks by adding a 5 to the 5ghz network and select the channels manually rather than on auto
