Intermittent drop outs

Hi,

 

I wonder if you could help.  I'm having intermittent drop-outs on my line that started sometime after 4pm (I was working from home all day up until then without issues).

 

Here's an example of a ping :

I've checked the status web page and it says there are no issue for my area and my line is OK.  Any ideas?

Same issues. Completely raging about it! Facebook keeps stopping, games don't load, warcraft keeps cutting out (as well as having a stupidly high ping), Even the Google search keeps stopping! 

Connection keeps dropping. Tried restarting the router several times, no change. 

 

Fix it please or tell me how to!

Wow, try reading :

It's a wired connection.

 

The problem (and it was a problem on the BT end despite what the status page said) resolved itself overnight.

Wow, I did read it but sometimes the status page is not updated as quickly as it should be so its always worth checking again and you seem to have proved the point by saying  "it was a problem on the BT end despite what the status page said"
