I have checked your exchange and nothing obvious stands out. Once we get your details and pick this up again we'll be able to see the exact SVLAN you're connected to and whether or not it's over utilised.

I'm just bumping this. I wonder if anybody managed to do anything? In the last 3 days speed was back to normal and tonight it again started... Since 5pm I'm down to 30-40Mbps. The strange thing is when I start the test it goes right up to 59 and then gradually starts going down to 30Mbps...
@NeilO Good evening! Thank you for calling me tonight. As I described in my private message I sent to you my connection started acting up tonight. The speedtest link you sent me doesn't work, it comes back as "invalid link". I attach here couple of screenshots I've done on the speedtest.net website though.
