I've been on the phone to BT numerous times over the past 2 months and have also had 3 bt openreach engineers. Engineer's can not find a problem. But BT says there is a fault between the line and the cabinet.
My problem is the hub keeps dropping out..which I can kind of live with..but for the past 4 weeks, most days I have only been getting 19mn per second..which is so so slow when I am used to getting 72mb's... which is great for all the people that live in this house (4 adults, each using a device at any given time)
Has my max data been capped at superfast fibre 1 instead of 2? which I pay for?
