Ah. If you refer to my post at 25-01-2022 13h32, I have tested with the test socket. As I have said, there seems to be a small amount of interference, but it is not consistently there.

He seemed to think the line speed was acceptable given the approx 720 metres to the cabinet. However, I was still seeing poor performance afterwards.
This weekend another engineer slot was booked (as with the last, this was booked after running an automatic troubleshooter).
This engineer took the wall plate off and could see that a wire was not completely connected to the backplate. I wonder if the last engineer had accidentally failed to attach it?
Speed and connection qualiity seem better but as I have had so much trouble I assume DLM has kicked in.
Is there anyway to have this reset?

If your problem has been fixed and your line is stable DLM will automatically slowly increase your speed. This can but not necessarily will take a week or two.
