Is this slowdown normal - seems like more than just crosstalk?

I've had Infinity for quite a while now - i'm on the unlimited one - i've had it for over a year, maybe even 18 months.

 

When i was activated then my sync rate was close to the top-end - about 76/18

 

However, i now only get 26/12

 

The online checker suggests i should still be getting a lot better? Nothing has changed inside my premises - i often see the BT bods playing in the cabinet and on the road, but no faults are showing up.

 

Exchange COSHAM is served by Cabinet 62

Do you have a Homehub 5 ?

run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results
