Issues switching from HH6 to Smart Hub2

Hi. I am on FTTC and  plugged in a Smart Hub 2 today however BT Sport and Now TV pass no longer working on the guide (the Now TV app is working). Was using a HH6 previously without issue. Do I need BT to change something on their side to allow the Smart Hub 2 to work?

If the HH6 was working ok why change to a SH2? There are no changes to be made by BT due to the change of hub.
