Joining BT Broadband

Hi there I’ve recently moved home to join the NHS but I can’t get wifi for my new flat as most places are saying an engineer must come out and install the hub.
Is there any way I can get a hub delivered and install it myself?
I need to get online to do work and studying when not in the hospital.
thanks for any help

Re: Joining BT Broadband

Then you should be able to place an order for broadband with BT which will be self install.

Hi @cnrsct10,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.

As @licquorice has mentioned if you have a working line you should be able to order broadband which will be self install. If you have any questions after you have placed the order let us know.

Thanks

Matt
