Latency

Hi

I had an engineer out recently who done a geotech reset not sure what this is but it fixed my high ping well after 2 days the hub reset by itself and the latency has gone sky high and no matter if you reset the hub the latency issue is still high.The speeds are ok but the ping is poor,could you please help out how to solve

constantly resetting the hub/router will not help your conenction and more likely to make it worse  can you post stats from your router/hub

Hi ping is 50ms from 7 ms down I’d 38.5 up is 11

if you have a hh6 then go to advanced settings then technical log then admin and posr stats
