Without a tracert it is impossible to say if the delay is in the BT network, the handover point or at the destination amongst a host of other possibilities.

I understand that but I’m confused as when then engineer came out and done a geo tech reset it solved the high ping issue then all by itself one day the hub reset and the ping shot up.
