yes and it shows you are on infinity 1/superfast with max connection speed of 55/10mb  to get faster you need to be on superfast 2 and more expensive

I upgraded from 10Mb ADSL to 50mb VDSL FTTC and still get 10Mb when I am meant to be getting 50Mb ?

Shows the entire line config.  ... post it.

you can see from your stats you have 55mb down connection speed and 10mb up connection speed  not sure how you are measuring to get the 10mb

we are talking about connection speed not download speed which is something different

run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results  must be done with wired conenction

You need to be sure you've set ppp1.1 in the WAN setting of your router.

Both MSAN and Router are backward compatible for ADSL as well as VDSL.

You should be using ppp1.1 pppoe and not ppppoa.

If in doubt and you find it difficult the Billion has a connection wizard.
