yes and it shows you are on infinity 1/superfast with max connection speed of 55/10mb to get faster you need to be on superfast 2 and more expensive
I upgraded from 10Mb ADSL to 50mb VDSL FTTC and still get 10Mb when I am meant to be getting 50Mb ?
Your Billion's linestats are to be found using Summary>statistics>xDSL
Shows the entire line config. ... post it.
you can see from your stats you have 55mb down connection speed and 10mb up connection speed not sure how you are measuring to get the 10mb
we are talking about connection speed not download speed which is something different
run btspeedtester and when first test completes then run diagnostic test and post results must be done with wired conenction
You need to be sure you've set ppp1.1 in the WAN setting of your router.
Both MSAN and Router are backward compatible for ADSL as well as VDSL.
You should be using ppp1.1 pppoe and not ppppoa.
If in doubt and you find it difficult the Billion has a connection wizard.
just confirms the 55/10mb connection speed and line can easily support superfast 2 at 80/20mb
