Does the ONT need to go where the primary phone socket is? My primary phone socket is on the top floor of the house. Can the engineer put the ONT on the ground floor near the front door if there is a double wall socket nearby already? So essentially, will the engineer need to go to the top floor of the house during installation.
My primary phone socket is in an awkward place and I'll have to move a lot of things out of the way for access. I'm trying to avoid moving things around.
