Loss of Upload Speed (Again)

All, this is a problem that I have had before, was fixed, and now has started again due to me signing up once more for BT. Previously when this happened I went thru the process of having an engineer out (twice), a new hub, an openreach engineer out (twice) - no faults were found. The issue it seemed is that a wrong profile had been applied (whatever that means) - anyway, I have recently renewed my BT contract (on the 10th) and lo and behold the same problem is now occurring - a strong suspicion is that the same thing has happened and a wrong profile has been attached again.

Here is an export of my WAN connection events, as you will see everything was fine until around 10th October which just happened to be the date my new contract started etc.

Hope someone can help?

The same thing appears to have happened back in March how did you solve it then. I cannot see any post about it on the forum back in march

Seemingly they had applied the wrong profile to my setup, it was resolved then.

Hi @cjbev,

Thank you for posting and welcome back to the Community.

I'm sorry if you are experiencing issues with the upload side of your connection. Have you noted any issues with the stability of your connection?

Please could you post your router stats? If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager.  Click Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’.

your connection time is only 7hrs is that due to hub dropping connection or manual reset?  is there any noise on your landline?

does not look like a profile issued more like a line problem

I bounced it earlier to try and fix the upload speed. This is the exact same issue which was fixed by Robbie Mac and a contact he had applying a different profile. Prior to him sorting it I had  BT engineer out twice and an Openreach engineer out twice - no issues locally. This has started happening the day after I renewed my contract with BT.
