Low download speed but high upload?

I have noticed that my speeds are extremely slow and whenever I do I speed test my upload is normally 5 or even 10 times higher than my download which I thought was weird considering I heard that it should be the other way round. I was wondering if anybody knew a solution. I have a home hub 5 and super fibre unlimited 1. Thanks in advance

That link that you gave me shows rather 0 download and upload or insanely high speeds (over 4000 mbps). Could you maybe suggest another speed tester that give more accurate results.

Re: Low download speed but high upload?

The BTWholesale speedtest does seem to be suffering problems ATM, it started with just chrome and firefox but now appears to be all browsers.

Try one with speedtest.net.
