Please post result from here: http://dslchecker.bt.com
Please post your router stats.
Complete a quiet line test (dial 17070, option 2, from a corded phone). There should be no noise between the announcements.
Is your Hub connected to the test socket? If not, please do so, but remember to post stats before and after.

I will do the test socket thing as soon as I can. Quiet line test, no noise.
stats are by going to advanced settings then technical log information
there is no dslchecker info maybe openreach database not updated yet for your new phone line
Is that the result for your phone number or address? Is the Hub connected to the test socket?

Thats all that is in the dsl checker.
And its for the phone number. Not in test socket, its in the prefiltered faceplate. Brand new.
Line stats look good for the attenuation, except for the upstream, which could indicate a line fault. Can you try connecting via a wired connection and see if the same issue occurs? If not, then it's most likely a wireless issue.
