My recent new contract from March 14th is now giving me 40.20mb which is below my minimum guaranteed 43mb.

Ive emailed complaints and keep getting missed calls from India and tbh I can see this scenario going around and around.
India left a message to say they can see that I have lower speeds but havent done anything as adventurous as tweaking from there end. Can anyone (Mods) assist in this as I am just getting fed up with these missed calls as they havent called at arranged times!

The max data rate is only about 45Mbs, and the noise margin is about right, so you are not going to connect at a higher speed with your current configuration, as something is restricting the available bandwidth.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
