Massive packet loss in Call of duty

Hi there, 

I have Bt fibre 76mb with a smart hub 2. My connection has suddenly got worse. To the point of gaming online is unplayable. I have the hub connected to the master socket as it’s a separate line. I have it connected via Ethernet, and I have tried it connected to WiFi to rule out a faulty cable. Am I right in thinking this is an issue outside the house?

Are you having the issue where you tactical sprint and the game starts juddering? Like it can’t keep up? I’m also on the 76mbps download and 20mb upload with fibre to the premises. I always have a fast speed but this drop in online performance is happening all of the time, regardless if I am on a wired or wireless connection.
