Plusnet do traffic manage on their business packages.

The also set up a dynamic IP address as default but you can ask for a static one after you are connected!

I suppose the question is..
If there is only me on the network durin the day, will p2p be restricted or will I get full speed and it is only restricted when other servcies are running ?

I don't think you will be the only person using the Plusnet network during the day! You should check out Plusnet forum and see what is said there but I would think if they restrict P2P it will affect you.

Sorry.. I should have said if I'm the only one on MY network during the day doing large downloads..

I'm not meaning using PlusNet, but using BT..
Is there anyone on the BT Business pakage who used p2p ? What are your speeds like during the day ?
