My Broadband has been down since FIday evening. I reported Saturday morning and they said it required level two engineer and they would phone Monday. They have phoned and they say it will need an engineer and it will be Thursday before one can come.
I do not think this is an acceptable length of time to be be with out a service I am paying premium for.
Everything test fine there is dial tone on the line. The DSL light is out on the modem can someone check the exchange and see if the fault is there or the Cabinet .
I feel certain although I could be wrong the fault is out with my house
I suspect that there is nothing more a moderator can do for you than is already being done. If you were to get assistance from a moderator you would be in the queue which at present is taking two to three days for the moderator to get to your request for assistance so you would not be getting an engineer visit any quicker.
