My master socket is version 5C, Openreach Mk4
I don't have any internal wiring, ie no extension sockets. Hub6 and phone are plugged into their respective sockets in the master box. Quiet line test was done with a corded phone.
Are these the stats you're asking for?
Dialled 17070 option 2 and could hear some buzzing in the background.
If you can hear buzzing in the background you need a line enginner to sort it out as it will effect your broadband. Report a line fault on 151. Don't mention broadband.
