I had bt infinity for the last year - generally good experience. I've now moved home to an area that does not have BT Infinity (& BT has no plans to introduce it there, thanks BT) and so I cannot transfer my services to my new home. I have attempted to use the online service for the last few weeks - it keeps saying to call their help centre. I call - they say they can't help because of the current infinity package & so they'll transfer me to the department that can help. It rings out & eventually cuts out every time.
Does anyone have any advice as to who I should be contacting directly or if this trouble has come up before? Ideally, I'd actually be cancelling the service to go with the faster services in the area, but I still have 8 months left of the contract.
