Normally the live to live happens at the same time or earlier than the database update. Whatever it won'tbe long now.

The lock was in about a week ago.
I'll wait a week and see what BT say. All I really would like is my speed to get to the 17Mb - I can even live with no 70Mb for a while 🙂
I was sure my profile was stuck and is not reflecting the new line length but will wait a wee bit before braving the wonders of BT support 🙂
