That wouldn't be a Pair Prove Task. They'd either just send an Engineer on a Repair Task and ask them to confirm the line routing or they'd just get someone on Light Duties to go and check.

A Pair Prove is part of an Installtion Order, I doubt they'd go to the trouble of raising an Order just to have a Pair Prove Task built against it.

I know, I'm out there in the field doing the job day in day out. Not sat in a Call Centre.

I'm well aware of what you do for a living.

I'm also well aware of something I've had done, on more than one occasion. The terminology and semantics are irrelevant.

An update on this.  BT told me that the way to copper, then to re-order a new fibre service.

Now they tell me that they cannot get me back onto fibre! Any ideas please?
