I placed my order for the 9th March. BT wwant on to just move the start date to 23rd. After complaining the engineer came out on the 17th. I see my activation is still only scheduled for 23rd. I have been advised it will be 17th. So still no internet. I call in and it takes 30 minutes to get the right person only for them to say the next day sir....

The lines are numbered 1-26 or so. it's easy to copy and paste all of them. You've posted enough to see your connection is disconnected.
