Moving home with existing contract

Hi all,

does anybody know if I have to continue paying for an existing BT contract when moved to a new address that can't be connected to BT?

Thanks,
Andrey.

The exception being the Hull area, which is served by KCOM.

Other places would normally just need an Openreach connection installed, either copper or fibre.

If BT can not supply to your new address you can leave the contract without penalty.
