Infinity router is working perfectly. Has BT allowed an oversubscription? I can think of no other reason.
My Infinity router is working perfectly. I suspect that BT has overloaded the supply in our area. After 45 mins on the chat line to a person in India I was told that my line had been cleared. It still keeps failing. How do I get someone to rectify this fault?

try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone
