So my internet download in fine lovely 48mb down but up is 0.2-0.6 which is horrific seeing as im a very competative gamer this has become quite the burden.
Restarting my router does not fix this.
The bt resoluation says everything is fine.
Just need some help.

If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager. Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’
Can you also provide the results from this test.
