NEWMARKET, CB8

Broadband performance in Newmarket has been dreadful for several weeks now.  I have explored all the usual avenues, and done all the advised tests, and everything reports as 'normal'.  Please, if anyone knows of any works, upgrading, or other infrastructural interventions or failures that would explain this fall off in service, please let me know.

 

I renewed all internal comms and equipment at the end of last year, and it worked well to begin with, so I cannot put the problem down to a fault with my set up.

 

Be very grateful if anyone can shed any light on the issue.
