NO BROADBAND AND CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE

Hi I have no broadband due to fault and I cannot contact bt to organise any assistance as I'm disabled, I have a young disabled son. Speeds have been slow anyway, but I pay for FTTH broadband and can't access even the TV.  I have a mini modem for emergencies but can't contact bt to switch access to it!

What lights show on the ONT (unit on wall)? You can report the problem here. https://www.bt.com/help/report-and-track-your-bt-problem

Go to the ONT and check the lights.

If the "LOS" light is on then there's an issue on Openreach's side of the connection.
