Hi I have no broadband due to fault and I cannot contact bt to organise any assistance as I'm disabled, I have a young disabled son. Speeds have been slow anyway, but I pay for FTTH broadband and can't access even the TV. I have a mini modem for emergencies but can't contact bt to switch access to it!
