Ive got an engineer booked for Fri - will let you know if he sorts problem - doubt it. Suggest we all start tweeting and publicising this **bleep** up . I tweeted bt - no response. Lets shame them publicly as they are not allowing parents to control internet access times for children. Dreadful service isnt it.

I do apologise, substitute BT Wholesale and BT Consumer. Fact is my contract it with BT Consumer, how they obtain their service is none of my business. Fact is BT is broken.

I found it by googling CEO of BT, article states that he welcomes direct emails, comments at the end dispute that
