Re: Neighbor can get fibre but I can't.

If you read the text under the results it states GFAST, FTTC and SOGFAST orders are temporarily unavilable for fibre orders due to engineering works.

Give it a few weeks and try again

Re: Neighbor can get fibre but I can't.

It's strange as when I type in my neighbors addresses to order it, they are able to and recieve no error yet I do despite the fact we're connected to the same cabinet.

I'll try again in a few weeks though thanks for the help 🙂

Re: Neighbor can get fibre but I can't.

the reason for difference in checker result is your neighbour has Fibre and you at present don't

I see, it has been saying 'Unavailable due to engineering works' for a long time now. Is there any way to know when they'll be done?

Re: es Re: Neighbor can get fibre but I can't.

I’ve contacted open reach they said that they’ll try updating the fibre availability checker so that the information for my address is the same as when I type in my phone number
