Good result.
Hi,
I have the same issue. Our adjacent neighbor has the FTTP connection and we don't.
May I know how did you manage to convince them?
Thanks.
Hi. It took sometime but basically you need to contact your supplier i.e BT and ask them to submit an ORDI
You may need to ring back a few times untill you get through to someone who knows what an ORDI is. I think I called and spoke to around 15 operators who didn't have a clue. Then one lad goes yep I know what that is and submitted it.
Once this has been submitted you should then be able to place an order for full fibre a week or so after.
Wow! Lucky you.
I wish I can to talk to the same operator.
Thanks!
I know it's very frustrating having to explain the story time and time again All I can say is keep trying.
Hope you get it resolved soon.
