Having problems with Netflix through BT. While watching films we seem to lose internet connection. This can happen at least 4 times during a film.
I have tested the line and speed with no issues but i tried watching a film and after a short while the film stops. We have to wait for the connection to come back on, a couple of minutes and reconnect to Netflix to resume film.
This sounds similar to a problem I had a couple of weeks ago, I got round it by setting the IP address on my youview box to manual and using the primary Open DNS server (184.108.40.206) as the primary DNS and Googles primary DNS server (220.127.116.11) as the secondary.
