Our supplier will be carrying out some regular maintenance or service improvement activities on the network which may have an impact on your service. Don’t worry though, maintenance work will not be carried out during the day. The window for these improvements will typically take place Monday to Friday between Midnight and 6:00 AM.
How will I know if the maintenance is affecting my connection?
During the maintenance window, you will notice the lights on your Home hub will flash and you may lose your connection. The loss of your connection will not last long, typically around 20 – 30 minutes
Do I need to do anything to get my connection back?
Please do not contact BT to report a fault. Wait 30 minutes or for the hub lights to return to normal, you may need to reset your BT Home Hub. You can find instructions on restarting your hub via this link, How do I restart my BT Hub?
