Re: New Cabinet

Take a screenshot. If you are unsure how to then this free app makes it easy. http://getgreenshot.org/downloads/ once installed just press print screen and you can select the area and save it.

Click on reply and then click on Photos (arrowed), browse to the file and upload.

Re: New Cabinet

it would also help if you can post stats from your hub

if hh6 then hub manager then advanced settings then technical log information

if hh5 then hub manager then troubleshooting then helpdesk

just try with @pippincp instructions

Re: New Cabinet

Sorry, I'm sure that's easy for your goodself, but it's all gobbledegook for me!

I think we'll leave it there and I won't bother you further.

Many thanks again for trying to assist me.

You don't need to leave it, we are here to help. If you wish I can make a video taking you through it step by step (don't worry I'll take it slowly for you to follow).

Believe me it is easier than you think.

With the greatest respect, I've shown an 86yr old and a 71yr old techniphobe how to do this. I know you can do it, anyone can once shown.
