Re: New broadband

@Polarizedluke321

In order to find out what services and speed range you should be getting, please enter your phone number into this form.
Broadband availability checker

Please remember to edit out your phone number before you post the results.

Can you please provide the connection information from the home hub?

If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager.  Click Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’

Can you also provide the results from this test.

https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

This must be done with a computer connected to the home hub using a direct Ethernet cable.

Re: New broadband

Were you upgrading from a fibre package to Halo or was it from "normal" broadband to Halo?

If it was from fibre to Halo you would not necessarily seen a change in speed. All Halo offers is some guarantees and other administrative promises.

See link about what it offers.

Re: New broadband

For a guarantee of 450Mbps you must be on FTTP. Call the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787
