New build Fibre FTTP Connection

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone can help me please.

I moved into a new build property 7 weeks ago and have a BT openreach fibre modem installed.

The lon was red for the first six weeks and last Wednesday 7/12/16 the pos started to flash green. I was told by the engineer with would turn solid green within 24 to 48 hours.

A week later and it is still flashing green.

I have phone BT multiple times and the fibre connection team and they both say the line is not active and I can't place a order.

The open reach engineer told me it was just a matter of him emailing off the modem serial number and then the system would be updated.

As of yet I can not order a infinity package.

Is there anyone out there who can help me please?

Only the fibre team on(0800 587 4787) are able to help you with this they need to chase up Openreach

You could also contact the developer and ask them to give Openreach a nudge.
