We are having building work done and the builder has advised that the cable running from the street to our house is practically perished (which will explain why our broadband has always been patchy). We want to get it replaced but we can't find anyone at BT who seems able to help. We've had three Engineer visits scheduled but they have never shown up. Customer Service don't seem able to report a fault of this type and it's getting extremely frustrating!
Any suggestions for how to get a quote for a new cable please?
