I am moving to a newly build house in a fibre area. I have been trying to order fibre both online and over the phone with Bt retail and I am being told that I have a silver address and I need to speak to the builder who should in turn speak to openreach. The builder is not particularly helpful either so can someone on here please help me get a fibre order processed as I need a connection urgently as I work from home.
Thanks, will try that number tomorrow but I think I was talking to them at some point today after being transferred from the retail team. They said that the Openreach install has not been completed but I cant figure out a way to get the Openreach setup completed as they dont seem to deal with the public
