New fibre install upload stuck at 50 mbps.

Go to solution

All testing done by cable, cat5e.

Also ran the internal speed test from the BT app that confirmed it won't go above 50 mbps. Download seems about right 800-900.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your hub should update within 72hrs and give you full upload speed. Post back then if it has/hasn't happened and the mods will sort it out for you.

Sorry guys, I should have searched first. Knew something wasn't right though so I'm very much relieved.

It's already sorted itself out getting 900/110 now on speedtest.
