Re: New low's in BT Technical Support

I have to agree. It's just very frustrating to watch the sync speed reduce over time knowing there's nothing that BT will do about it whilst at the same time paying for the pervious level of service.

I maintain a very stable connection, modem disconnects are very infrequent so I would expect to be able to obtain a higher sync speed than I currently do, more of par with past expriences.

One thought, from the infomation posted above, am I correct in thinking that FTTP might be available? That might solve this problem.

Regards

Gary

Re: New low's in BT Technical Support

FTTP in not available to you it is FTTPodemand which is a very expensive option and mainly available to business users you are talking several thousand pounds install costs and a 3 year contract at a charge of around £200 per month
