Hi. Am a new customer, and I have set my box up, it's a smart hub 2. The lights flashing purple, and my phone is not working either. I had a text to say it was all good to go and my internet would be up and running now. Any tips or clues what could be wrong? Thanks
When was your activation date? If today it can take up till midnight to be activated
