To help save time, I've tested your line and got a message back from Openreach saying that there is a disconnection in the network. They believe that it is either in or near your home. I won't be in office tomorrow but I will be here on Friday. I'll check to see if we have had anything back from Openreach before I finish today. If we don't, I will ask one of my colleague's to check up on it tomorrow for me.
