No DSL light

I'm a BT infinity customer with homehub 4.0 . Yesterday the internet went down with no DSL light on the modem. I have reset the modem a few times now and went through the online troubleshooting tool, but that gave me no real answer. Is there a number I can call to have someone sent out or potentially another way to solve this issue?

Have you checked if you have a dialtone before reporting a fault. No dialtone is phone fault not broadband

Hi - I've checked the dial tone, the phone line works ok.

If phoneline working ok then report a broadband fault

are you still in a fixed contract term with BT.  If not then modem is out of warranty and up to you to replace
