No broadband after activation day passed

activation day of the 8th April passed now and still no broadband ?? 
it’s a self connection setup but all I’m getting are the flashing purple lights on the router ??

We don’t use a phone pal so can’t check but the status page she’s landline up and running but no broadband ??

You must check with a phone, because if there is no dial tone, then your line is disconnected somewhere, and broadband will not work.

If the fault is proved to be inside your premises, then you are not going to get it fixed, which is why you need to check the line.

The BT line test cannot detect a disconnection in or near to your home.

What does your master phone socket look like?

My bt tv box won’t switch on and when it does I get a talk talk message on screen
