Hi,
We've lost broadband connection for over 2 days now with no updates. The fault tracking shows that its been fixed and completed. Obviously not, as router still says disconnected. We have pink lights and not blue. I was told fault outside of property.
Can someone please update as to when it'll be actually fixed rather than a false update?

Is your phone line working, can you get dial tone?
If you can get dial tone, then dial 17070 and make sure that the number that is read back to you, matched the phone number on your bill, as sometimes external fault can result in crossed lines.
