No broadband

Today we lost our broadband connection from hub.resetting no help
Call centre India advise network problem and next Friday for resolution.
This is after recent no email for days.
Fed up with in ability to speak to UK. Could someone post the UK mail address for BT please.

There is no UK based address but the forum moderators are based in the UK.

 

They have a five working day delay at the moment.

 

Is your phone line working?

 

Which BT Home hub do you have?

 

The helpdesk will always say its a network issue if the line is not in sync.

Thanks for  your reply.

 

After another call to India and told next week still,   broadband  now working again.[ fingers crossed ]

 

The phone line was ok and I have a hub 3 [ infinity ]

 

I have noted your advised link for future reference.
